Export Process

 

  • Contact and Initial Consultation:

  • To contact us for consultation or to inform us about the specifications of the trade or goods you require, you can initially leave a message via WhatsApp or the company’s listed email, or contact us directly by phone. At this stage, we inquire about your project or request and exchange an overview of our capabilities.

  • Order Confirmation:

  • In this stage, we confirm the specifications of your order, document them in writing, and obtain your approval.

  • Drafting a Formal Contract Between Us:

  • At this stage, we agree on the contract terms, either at our office or formally through the company’s email or official links provided on our website. We finalize the type of transaction, the quantity and types of financial dealings, payment terms, and agreed Incoterms. (Souqyar typically contracts under terms like CFR, EXW, FOB). Often, the commercial chamber or the embassy of the final destination country oversees the direct supervision of Souqyar contracts.

Goods Preparation:

This phase and its speed depend on the type of goods and the order, the customer’s response time, and the ease of procurement. For example, preparing a 40-foot container of Aleppo pistachios may take anywhere from 3 days to two weeks, depending on the type of goods.

Export Process 2

Shipping the Goods:

In this phase, the goods are shipped according to the shipping schedule with the appropriate shipping company. The shipping documents and bill of lading are usually handed over to the customer, and an estimated arrival time is provided.

Communication and Feedback on Delivered Goods:

This is the final stage, where we evaluate our services accurately, improve our work with customers, and ensure we understand the needs of each market and client. This step helps us enhance the quality of our dealings and maintain continuity with you.
